Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates depend on the season. Last minute rates available. Long term rental discounts. Refundable deposit is $100 for every 2 ppl. Minimum stay generally 3 nights but may be negotiable. Smoking is allowed on outside veranda only. Prior approval needed for pets..
