This three bedroom house is very conveniently located in the community of Cookson, 12.5 miles south of Tahlequah and 15 miles north of I-40 @ Vian. It is one mile by paved road to Lake Tenkiller and the Cookson Bend Marina. There is plenty of safe, dry boat and motor cycle parking. The house is clean, cozy and charming. You won't need a thing but your toothbrush! Coffee maker with coffee, filters, tea and condiments provided. Bring your own food and cook your own meals. All the dishes, pots and pans are in the kitchen, which has a large double sink and all the appliances. This is a simple house that belonged to my great aunt and uncle in the 1950's. It's like your grandma's house. Not fancy but friendly and comfortable.
