Villa Delphina, designed of Grecian architecture is located in Playa Del Secreto, Mexico, on hte Mayan Riviera, 20 miles south of the Cancun Airport. This is a private gated community with about one dozen private homes and over a mile of beautiful white sand beach on the beautiful, clear Caribbean Sea. Located 5 miles south of the fishing village of Puerto Morelos and 10 miles north of the growing resort of Playa Del Carmen.

The spacious two-story beach front filla has 2 large bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows and balconies facint the ocean with large adjoining baths and walk-in closets upstairs and 1 bedroom and bath downstairs. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed and air conditioning. The kitchen, living, dining and entertainment areas, and full-lenth lanai all share the main floor, each with spectacular views of the ocean.
