Brand new Gulf-front condo, 6th floor in Panama City Beach. This condo is new in 2007 and completely decorated by a professional decorator in beach/cottage decor in July 2007. The condo sleeps 6 people (one king, 2 bunks, and a pullout couch.) There is one bedroom with a full private bathroom attached. There is a second full bathroom down the hallway. The kitchen has all white cabinets, with granite countertops, and has all the ameneties for a longer stay. The kitchen is open to the great room, which leads out to the balcony. The large balcony overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, the pool, and the tiki bar. There is a Starbucks in the complex, for morning coffee on the balcony! There are also 2 flat screen TVs with DVD players (one in the great room and one in the bedroom.) We are currently booking for the 2007 holiday season and for family Spring Breaks in 2008. Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates vary depending on the season. Deposit for a nightly or weekly stay is one night stay + FL Tax. Deposit for monthly stay is 1/2 month rate. Cancellation is 7 days prior to arrival for a $25.00 fee. Cancel within 7 days and forfeit the deposit.
