Additional Rate and Deposit Information

For short term rentals (4 nights to 1 month), we ask an immediate payment of half of the rent (usually a bank transfer) and the payment of the other half at arrival.
A caution of 1000 € is also required.

For long term rentals (1 month to 1 year), we ask the first 2 months rent as an immediate payment and a 2 months caution.
