Property Details

Spacious lakefront chalet on quiet, uncrowded Chazy Lake, located in the northern Adirondack Park. The lake is approximately 5 miles long and 2 miles wide at its widest point. It is near Lake Placid, Saranac lake and Plattsburgh, and only 1 1/4 hours drive from Montreal and Burlington, VT. The all glass front cedar chalet is roomy and bright, is comfortably furnished, and has a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and large deck overlooking the lake offering beautiful views and sunsets. The house is situated on 1.6 acre lot with 170' of private lakefront.
There is 24' dock for swimming fishing and relaxing. The house is secluded, and not visible from the road or either adjoining property. Must be seen to be appreciated. There is a large off street parking area.

Rental Policy

Maximum occupancy is 6 people, any age. Minimum rental period in peak period (July, Aug.) is 1 week, 3 day minimum other periods.

Arrival Times

Arrival approx. 3:00 PM Saturdays.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Weekly rates:
5/22 to 6/26/2010 $1300
6/26 to 9/11/2010 $1700
9/11 to 10/23/2010 $1300
All others $1200 except winter holiday weeks.
Minimum rental 1 week in July & August; otherwise negotiable. $300 refundable security deposit required.
