Come and enjoy a spectacular Gulf view from the balcony and walk to some of the areas best restaurants and shopping. Some of the worlds best fishing is just a few miles away as are other attractions in the Fla. Panhandle area. The condo offers a one bedroom/queen bed, "crew bunks" in the hallway and a queen size sleeper sofa. The condo also overlooks Summerspell's heated pool and hot tub.

Rental Policies

Deposit of $150-$200. Rental contract outlines all policies.

Arrival Times

Chek in is 3:00 pm unless authorized by owners. Check out time is 10:00 am.
