Rental Policy

Reservations can only be confirmed on receipt of 50% deposit.
50% Balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival.
All notification of cancellation must be delivered in writing no less than 28 days prior to arrival; whereupon the full booking deposit shall be refunded.
Cancellations less than 28 days prior to arrival will result in forfeit of the deposit.
Smoking permitted on the balconies only.
