This house has a master suite with a king bed and bath with jetted spa tub and seperate walk in shower.

There are 2 additional bedrooms with Queen beds that share an elegant bath. Another Queen air mattress can be provided in the office if needed.

The fully equipped office has wireless internet and a copy/fax/printer. The 50" TV has full cable including free movies

The screened lanai faces a lovely very private yard.

The 2 heated community pools, tot lot, volleyball court and clubhouse are a short block away.

Rental Policies

minimum 1 month rental. Additional weeks are $1200 in season and $1000 off peak.
