Our house was built in the 80’s, but it been partially renovated and updated in 2004, it’s large, about 500 sq.meters(5400 feet), build it in 3 floors. The ground floor has the family room, equipped with plasma large screen, satellite receiver, DVD and VHS video in front of a large white leather sofa, sitting for 7, dining room with ancient furniture, sitting for 10, gourmet kitchen with all appliances, including one of our favourites fully automatic expresso machine(real public cafeteria taste), washing machine and drier, fire place area with leather sofa for 4, one queen bedroom, greenhouse where you can sit to listen the birds or watch the views, at last one small restroom, just 4 steps up you will find the en suite bedroom with full bathroom and the study, 2 large windows direct views to the garden. The top floor has 1 single bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, both with magnificent mountains views, full bathroom and a large cinema room with 120” screen, Dolby surround with state-of-the art high speakers, a generous vinyl, CD and DVD concert collection.
In the basement there are the arcade, with 3 pinball, pool(billard) and darts. Full equipped bar, cellar with a wine collection, one queen bedroom with direct access onto a patio in the back garden and full equipped SPA with Jacuzzi, sauna and steam. Internet DSL wi-fi access allow you to relax meanwhile surfing the net.
Air conditioned and central heating, plus fire place and wood heater. Central alarm hooked with police station.
On the garden is the solar acclimatized swimming pool, gress area with sun beds, Teka large table sitting for 10, BBQ and 5 Acres of garden and forest with ancient pine trees, oak trees, holm oak amount others. Small fish pond with waterfall and fountain.
We have 5 bicycles, 2 scooters and 2 ATV for your use.

We will leave a detailed information binder for you, plus wrote home user’s manual and one DVD, so you will have the information you need to find things in our house, work the appliances, and solve any problems you encounter. We will also provide information on our favourite restaurants, places to visit, and local attractions.
