Located up a private driveway and sheltered by Eucalyptus trees, Harbor Vista commands a dramatic view of Pillar Point Harbor and the Pacific Ocean, including the famous Mavericks surf spot. It has a large great room that combines a gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar and dining room with picture windows, allowing you to soak in the fabulous sunsets. It also features a sunken fireplace surrounded by a cozy bench.

The upper level includes a master bedroom suite with private bath and sliding glass door with access to a rooftop deck. Upstairs includes the 2nd bedroom, 3rd bedroom and a guest bath with shower. The lower level is a tiled family room with entertainment center, sleeper sofa, woodburning stove, laundry, private bath and sliding door to the backyard patio (pictures to come!). The backyard has a paver patio, play structure and a seating area. It's great for entertaining, playing, or just relaxing after a day spent enjoying all the outdoor activities on the Coastside.

Harbor Vista is a kid-friendly, pet-friendly home, and we can provide various amenities, including pack-and-plays and high chairs for kids, and food/water bowls for the fluffy set. Child gates are available upon request. The backyard play structure includes swings and a slide, and there's plenty of room to just run around while parents can relax and enjoy the patio.

Rental Policies

We will accept 2 pets maximum, and they must have all their shots and be regularly treated with flea and tick medicine.

Renters must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by someone 25 years of age or older.

Harbor Vista is a non-smoking property.

$2,950.00 to $3,450.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Apr-Dec: $500/nt (3 night minimum), $2950/wk (Sun-Sun)
Holidays (New Year's, July 4th, Pumpkin Festival, Thanksgiving, Xmas): $3450/wk
Cleaning fee: $150, San Mateo County Lodging Tax: 10%
Pet fee (per dog): $20/nt, $100/wk. Maximum 2 dogs, will consider addl small dogs
Refundable Security Deposit: $1000
Paypal, credit cards, checks and bank-to-bank wire transfers accepted.
Payment: 50% deposit to reserve property, 50% due 60 nts prior to checkin.
