12 Bells is a large fully equipped family home (children welcome) near to the beach, shops, doctors etc. All tourist attractions easily found from house. We supply all linen and towels. Available all year round. Sorry, No pets.

Property Details

12 Bells Holiday House is a 4 bedroom house in Milnerton available all year round that sleeps up to 10 persons.
We are within walking distance to the beach, golf club, canoe club as well as shopping malls, doctors, banks etc.
10 minutes drive takes you to the V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain Cable Way and the airport.
We are very centralised and most tourist attractions are easily found from the house.
We supply all linen and towels.
We have a lovely large salt water swimming pool as well as barbecue facilities.
Kitchen is farm style with eye level oven, glass top hob, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer. Iron and hairdryer provided.
The owners reside on the property and do daily maintenance to garden and pool.

Rental Policies

No Parties allowed as such but we do not mind if you entertain your friends and family. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an Adult around the pool.
No lould music after 12.00hrs.

Rental Rates

ZAR 950.00 to ZAR 1,500.00 per day

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

50% non refundable deposit is required to secure booking. Balance payable on day of arrival in ZAR in addition to R500.00 key/damage refundable deposit.
