The Downtown shopping area is a walkable distance,along with Vancouver Harbour, English Bay,
and the entrance to Stanley Park is just yards away.

Rental Rates

CAD 99.00 to CAD 150.00 per day
CAD 600.00 to CAD 900.00 per week
CAD 2,100.00 to CAD 1,700.00 per month

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

A deposit of $300 is due and payable to secure your booking, and the balance is payable thirty days before the start of the rental. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

A security deposit of $500.00 is payable with the balance and will be refunded in full, if you return the suite to us in a clean and undamaged condition, otherwise we will deduct a cleaning fee of $100 and/or charges for damaged or missing inventory.

No refund for Holiday cancellation. We will gladly rebook for a different time. We highly recommend that you purchase cancellation and medical insurance.
Minimum stay 3 nights.
