Fully equiped brick built holiday chalet is ideally suited for 4 persons but can sleep 6.
There are 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinet, shaver point & mirror and a full length mirror.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds, fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinet.
The kitchen is fully equiped for 6 persons and comes complete with electric cooker, hob & grill, microwave, refrigerator, electric toaster and electric kettle.
The fully tiled bathroom has a modern suite with an electric shower above the bath.
The lounge/diner has a bed settee for persons 5 & 6, a dining table & 6 chairs, 2 armchairs, coffee tables,colour TV and DVD player.
The chalets are tastefully decorated in order to make your holiday a pleasant one.
The bedrooms and lounge have electric heaters and electricity is by way of a £1 coin operated meter with the tariff being set by the site owner.
On site there is a supermarket, fish & chip shop, launderette, cafe, amusements and Ten Pin Bowling.
Included in the price of your holiday is admission to the CLUB OASIS and to the heated indoor swimming and paddling pool. (Opening times vary according to the season). If numbers warrant it BINGO is played daily in the club. There is also a Pool Table and dartboard.
Within the club is a restaurant open from breakfast time until late.
Guests may use the facilities of the neighbouring Sunbeach Holiday Village which include a children's slide and swings. NEW FOR 2008 is Duchy's Tavern, a licenced bar with Pool table and varied live entertainment programme at weekends and high season.
Within a few minutes walk are more amusements, clubs and shops.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Min stay = 4 nights
£40 deposit required at time of booking. Full amount due 5 weeks before holiday commences. If booked less than 5 weeks before holiday commences then full amount is payable at time of booking.
