Palmetto Place Guesthouse has two units, one upstairs and another downstairs. Each units includes ceiling fans, A/C, private bath, full kitchen. An entertainment cabinet includes TV, VCR, DVD and stereo. DSL is availble for guest use, too. Laundry service is available on the premises.

Rental Policy

A 50% deposit is required upon booking to guarantee reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The balance can be paid with Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or US currency check.

If a cancellation is received in writing before 45 days prior to the visitor's arrival there will be a full refund minus a $50.00 usd cancellation fee. A refund cannot be given, for any reason whatsoever, if the written cancellation is received within the forty-five day period or later. This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation, including airline delays, strikes, world events, or personal issues.
