Take a five minute walk to Dawn Beach, renowned as the best snorkeling beach on the island and stroll down the beach to Busby's where local Caribe beer is 75 cents every afternoon.

The Villa can accommodate up to 8 people; 3 bedrooms, all with king size beds, direct water views, ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. Extra room on first level has a day bed with pull out trundle to accommodate two guests. Fully equipped kitchen with four person bar opens to the patio and pool. Living room boasts ocean views from three directions, TV with cable and stereo system (with speakers in the Gazebo) and opens from two sides to patio, pool and Gazebo.

Villa is located in Dawn Beach Estates, 15 minutes from Orient Bay, the center for water sports on the island, 15 minutes from Philipsburg the center for the best shopping on the island and 20 minutes from Grand Case where you will find the best "French Restaurants on the island."

It has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, pool, standby generator. Located in Dawn Beach Estate with 24 hour security at the entrance of this community. Walking distance to Dawn Beach.
