This spacious beachfront contemporary villa sits on the beautiful white sands of Dawn Beach, Dutch St. Maarten. Enjoy the panoramic views of St. Barths and the many breathtaking colors of the Caribbean Sea. Lounge poolside on the large deck or relax in the Jacuzzi.

Sea Castle offers all the comfort of a contemporary vacation home. Inside, you will be impressed with the spacious room and the large high ceiling living area, the beautiful modern furnishing, paintings, unique decorative pieces throughout the house and marble floors throughout. The kitchen opens to a nice, good sized bar to cater your friends or family. Each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms with full baths opens onto a deck taking advantage of the panoramic view of Dawn Beach and Oyster Pond Bay and Yacht Club. The house is built on several stories and provides a lot of privacy for larger groups thanks to the generous size and layout of the villa.

Sea Castle villa is beachfront however it sits above the beach and has many steps down to the beach. It is not recommend for the elderly or handicapped.

Minimum stay over Christmas/New Year's Holiday is 12 nights.

All prices are in US dollars on a weekly basis and include airport greeting, maid service and welcome basket.

A 9% government tax will be added to all rates.
