Rental Policies

You can reserve it with the first night down, fully refundable up to 7 nights before coming in. The resort is on the higher-end scale and was built in late 2006 and it is kept in New condition 100% of the time. Encantada Resort is owned by individual owners and we all use a management company to do most of the bookings. The prices through them varies between $129-$199/night +$100 housekeeping fee and they are advertised on Expedia, Travelocity and Hotels.com. When the bookings are made direct with the owner, you save the overhead cost and that's why its cheaper. I'm also a local and live 30 miles from the resort. Additional rental policies apply.
