Located on the north end of beautiful Clearwater Beach, Florida. This is a newly renovated condo resort. We have 42 units from motel rooms (no kitchen just bar fridge and microwave) Then we have small eff, large eff, one bedroom and 2 bedrooms that all have full kitchens. We even supply all pots, pans and dishes. We have a heated pool,shuffle board, coin laundry,wireless internet, voicemail phones and even gas grills for you to cook by the pool. Rental Policies

50.00 deposit for the off season and 100.00 in high season. This is non refundable but is applied to your stay when you check in. No Pets, no smoking inside the rooms.
