Charming 800 sq ft, single story, Rio Del Mar beach bungalow in Aptos Ca. Built in the late 1930's the Surf House retains many of the original features. 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Sleeps 6. Large Deck. Great Ocean view from living room & Deck. Pets ok. Fully furnished. TV, DVD, phone, and internet connection provided. Steps from the Rio Del Mar State beach. 90 minutes from San Francisco. 40 minutes from Monterey or San Jose. 10 minutes to the Capitola. 15 minutes to Santa Cruz mountains and redwoods. Steps to the sand. See the USS Palo Alto from your living room. This cement ship was brought to Rio Del Mar beach in the 1930's and turned into a floating nightclub. Time and tides took it's toll. The cement ship is now the home for numerous fish and sea birds. The pier leading to the ship offers no-license required fishing.
