Pool and spa are electrically heated and the patio has south exposure. The home is in model condition and comes very nicely furnished. The neighborhood is particularly nice and several restaurants, a supermarket, small playground, and a tennis court are all within walking distance. Please note that there is no boat dock. Small dogs are welcome.
