Rental Policies

Deposits
A deposit of 40% is requested to hold reservations.
The 60% balance is due one week prior to arrival.
Security deposit of $200.00 U.S.D. is requested one-week prior arrival. This will be reimbursed upon departure.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival will qualify for a refund of your deposit, minus a $50.00 USD charge.
Cancellations must be submitted 30 days before the arrival date. Otherwise, a 25% fee of the total amount of stay will be applied.
Changes in reservation dates less than 30 days of arrival , have a
$ 50.00 USD Charge
In the event of early departure a 25% cancellation fee of remaining period reserved will be applied

* Complimentary beach passes for Mamita's Beach Club (includes lounge chair and umbrella use)
***Maid service on a Daily basis, there is a extra cost of
$20.00 USD per day.
