The guest house is a 3 story concrete structure centrally located to supermarkets, churches and banks. Complimentary menu, beach equipment and free Wi-Fi.

There are four [4] suites:
1. Front Suite accommodates 1-2 people.

2. Tropical Garden Suite accommodates 1-5 people.

3. Southern Suite accommodates 1-4 people.

4. Caribbean Ocean View Suite accommodates 1-2 people.

Rental Policies

Check out is 11:00 am. A deposit of $300 and the rental agreement would secure your reservation.

3 People: $275/day or $1700/week


April 16-November 15-Low Season
1-2 People: $175/daily or $1100/week.
3 People: $195/daily or $1300/week.

Plus 8% tax
No additional costs included.

Check Out- 11:00 am


1. 20% August to December 21, 2008 & 2009.

2. Senior citizens, 50 years old and up, $200 off per week, all year round

3. Ask about special discounts when renting more than on (1) Suite.
