This gorgeous condo is part of the newest phase at Beachside Colony in a building called the Gardens. The unit features 17 foot ceilings and all stainless steel appliances. Private patio and outdoor oasis with a hot tub and summer kitchen.

Property Details

This unit features a master suite with a king bed and a bathroom with walk-in closet,large vanity, stand-up shower and jetted tub. With access to the patio you can walk right out and enjoy the hot tub. The other two bedrooms both feature queen size beds and they share a large bathroom. All the mattresses are pillowtop. If you need more beds the sofa in the living room does open to a queen bed. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living room is equipped with a 32' flat panel television and 17 foot ceilings. Located at Beachside Colony which is a resort built on the beach you will enjoy their three pools, putting green for kids, small rock climbing wall and restaurant on property.

Rental Policies

There is a $100 cleaning fees added to all stays less than 6 nights. You must be 25 to reserve.

Arrival Times

Check-in is after 4pm and Check-out is 11am.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

There is a 4 night minimum stay June 15th to September 4. You must be 25 to reserve. 50% is due at time of reservation.
