The self contained B&B is located at the lower level of the home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the 'dress circle' of Victor Harbor.

• Spacious well-appointed bedrooms – room one with a space age queensize "Back Rest Chiropractic Latex Supreme" ensemble, room two a queensize super luxury pillow-top ensemble and bedroom three with two single luxury pillow top mattresses - serviced by a delightful heated bathroom with a bath, oversized shower and heated towel rails.

• A separate kitchenette/dining and lounge area is appropriately resourced for all your holiday needs. It is set up with a hot top, electric frypan, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, small oven, rice cooker, refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, filtered water etc.

• An enclosed luxury 5 person spa is available until 10.00 pm and is set at 37.5 degrees for your comfort. It is located in an outdoor sunroom set amongst pleasant gardens.

• An up to date DVD library of 50 volumes and HD widescreen TVs with DVD input turn grey days into sunny days.

• In total there are three TV’s. All bedrooms have remote control heating and ceiling fans for air circulation. A small evaporative air conditioner while supplied is rarely required.

What to do in Victor Harbor?

Victor Harbor boasts historic charm, nature's spectacular sea-scape land formations and an abundance of wildlife. It continues to be one of the most popular destinations to visit in South Australia. We would like to help you discover the many attractions.

Easily accessible by car or bus, Victor Harbor is in the heart of the Fleurieu Peninsula, 90km south of Adelaide. It's the perfect base from which to visit the wine districts of McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek, the wilderness of the Coorong and the wildlife of Kangaroo Island.

You can enjoy unspoilt bushland and sea birds soaring, seals basking in the sun and dolphins surfing. You can visit Urimbirra Wildlife Park, which has over 400 animals including koalas to pat and crocodiles to feed!

Enjoy the remoteness of walking along unspoilt, wind swept sandy beaches or surfing classic beach breaks as you discover the South Coast.

For the Sports lover, there are 8 superb golf courses (Victor Harbor, McCracken [links], Fleurieu [Mount Compass], South Lakes [Goolwa], Lady Bay [links at Normanville], Willunga, Glacier Rock [9 hole], Sunset Cove) all within a 45 minute drive. Enjoy the many lawn bowling, tennis, and surfing opportunities along the South Coast.

Victor Harbor is steeped in indigenous tradition. Granite Island, The Bluff and Kent Reserve all hold great cultural significance to the local Ngarrindjeri people. Visit Kondilli the whale as you enter Victor Harbor and descend Kleinig’s Hill.

Enjoy the only historic horse drawn tram in the southern hemisphere (Established 1875) and ride across the causeway to Granite Island. See the penguins on a penguin tour, visit the whale centre and enjoy the below Decks aquarium and Sea Cruises. From June to October whales visit the area, and can be seen from the beaches.

And then for the more adventurous, Greenhills Adventure Park has 13 hectares of fun including archery, par three golf, paddle boats, water slides and go-karts. For the more sedate, be sure to see some of the best Art galleries in South Australia, or enjoy a quiet visit to the Wild Rose Garden and Miniature Village.

Rental Policy

Conditions of occupancy. Your booking is accepted subject to the following:

• Normal check-in is from 1.30 pm and check-out time is 10.30 am. (late checkout will be charged)
• The Number of Guests should not exceed the number booked.
• Parties and Functions are only allowed with the specific permission of the owners.
• A bond may be requested (payable in advance).
• Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the guest’s responsibility during their stay.
• Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of any bond.
• Bathers (only) must be worn in the spa (clothes contain soap suds making the spa unpleasant for users).
• A curfew of 10.00 pm applies to the spa (fairness to neighbours).
• Lights and appliances should be turned off when leaving the unit (with the exception of one entry light). Where it is obvious that this has not occurred the owner reserve the right to enter the unit to turn off lights and appliances.
• If the number of beds used exceeds the number booked for, an additional charge of $25 will be required (eg it would be assumed that a couple with two children would use one queen and two singles and not two queens and two singles).
• Pets are not allowed.
• The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
• Cancellation: If caused by the client then the money paid is not refundable unless the unit is re-let for the entire period. A $50 administration fee will be kept/charged and $50 for each day the unit is not relet.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Minimum 2 nights stay unless last minute. Price of $170 based on 1 o2 2 twin share - additional guesta @ $20 per child/night (2 - 12 yrs) or $40 /teenager/night.
