Property Details

All our vacation rentals are fully furnished with well equipped kitchens, have linens, towels, initial cleaning and toiletry supply. Studios and one bedroom condos have sleeper sofas or futons.

Our Greenhills condos have great unobstructed views of nearby Wack-Wack Golf Course and Metro Manila skyline.

We are not part of any hotel operations, so no daily change of sheets and towels, no room service. Housekeeping can be arranged for $12.50 or the peso equivalence.

Arrival Times

Airport transfer, $30. for 8 seater mini van or $45. for 11 seater big van, within a 15 mile radius between 7AM to 9PM. Add $10. for after hours service.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

No housekeeping included. To confirm your reservations, a refundable security deposit of $120. is required. Any excessive electrical use will be charged to the guest's account. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date forfeits any deposits made. Cancellations prior to 14 days of arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee of $45. Strictly, no smoking and no pets allowed. $100. cleaning fee will be charged for violation.
