The master bedroom can be kingsize or twin with en-suite facilities and has its own private terrace overlooking the beach. There are another two bedrooms on the upper floor (king or twin) which share a bathroom with shower and tub. There is a large kitchen with adjacent laundry room plus another twin bedroom on the ground floor with a third bathroom and shower.

Situated at the apex of the beautiful Paynes Bay – just ½ mile south of Sandy Lane Hotel on the prestigious St James west coast of Barbados, and close to all amenities including watersports, grocery store and a variety of restaurants.
