Caribquest is a 3 bedroom townhouse with Pool opposite Mullins beach with spa facilities and equipped to a very high standard.

Property Details

Dimmer controlled low voltage lighting, air conditioning and ceiling fans are fitted throughout. The living room opens out on to a terraced seating area and dining facility for eight people. These areas have overhead fans and retractable awnings extending over the shaded areas. The first floor bedrooms have fabulous sea views and all bedrooms have combination coded safes and ample wardrobe/drawers for storage. All floors are traditional Caribbean style in white 'pickled' mahogany. The kitchen's limed oak units house oven, hob, microwave and full size fridge freezer with ice making machine. There are laundry facilities in the pool room. There is a radio controlled zoned alarm system with two keypad stations, plus front door answerphone on every floor. 24-hour security patrols operate around the complex and there is CCTV. There are lockable shutters to all ground floor and first floor French windows. There is a large rear garden with a tiled sunbathing area leading to a shallow kidney shaped pool with easy steps and handrail. Beyond, there is a lawn with extensive plants, colourful tubs etc., all beautifully illuminated at night. There are ample loungers, chairs and umbrellas both in the garden and on the upper floor terraces. In front of the house is a paved driveway for two cars surrounded by extensive planting.

5 minutes by car to supermarket, banks and shopping. Fine dining and casual eateries within minutes. World class golfing facilities, yachting and watersports abound. Bridgetown is 9 miles and airport is 17 miles.
