Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rental rates are subject to the following: 8.3% AZ Tax, $75 cleaning fee & $75 refundable security deposit. $75 for any approved pets. 25% deposit required to hold dates with remaining balance due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. (60 days on monthly rentals.) Minimum stay is negotiable. We do accept credit cards for payment.
