World Famous John's Pass fishing village is located directly across Gulf Blvd. This is where the movie "Summer Rental" with John Candy was filmed.

Fishing (charter or shore), Boating (rental or launch your own), jetskiing, gambling ships, restaurants, night clubs, shopping, grocery stores, and John's Pass Boardwalk are located nearby, just across Gulf Blvd. Tampa Airport is 30 miles away with shuttle, taxi, and limo service available. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday unless we have an opening in our calendar. There is a $110 cleaning/linen fee. There is a $200 security deposit required at the time of booking.
