Newly constructed three level home 5 miles from Newfound Lake sleeps up to 13 comfortably. Located on 5 acres in a quiet, peaceful setting close to fun attractions in any season: boating, swimming, skiing, hiking and many other area attractions.

This private 1,850sq ft, 3 story home on 5 acres of land, features a wrap around deck, 2 full bathrooms, a large fully appointed kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, and ice maker,lots of windows and great views, a wide open loft on the top floor, Cable T.V., DVD, Washer and Dryer for your convenience and ceiling fans throughout.

The house sleeps 13 comfortably. The open loft on the 3rd floor has 3 single beds and two full sized beds. The main floor has a kitchen, dining, and small bedroom with an attached bathroom. The 1st floor, set up as a living room, is transformed into a sleeping area at night with 2 futons folding out and a full bathroom. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

The house is set back on a quiet country road surrounded by wooded trails, a really beautiful river, and a lovely meadow.

Great hiking is a short distance away at nearby Cardigan Mtn with its AMC rated trails. You can ski or snowboard at Tenney Mtn. and Ragged Mtn. ski areas, both approximately 13 miles away, and you can be at Loon, Waterville Valley, Gunstock, or Sunapee in less than an hour.

In the summer, enjoy Wellington State Park on pristine Newfound Lake and all it has to offer.
