Myhusband and Irented this condo for 1 week in october. We paid in advance by cash. When we arrived at the condo the unit had not been cleaned, the bedding had not been removed from the previous guests, the bathrooms contained used towels, the toilets were filthy, the air conditioning or hot water was not working. We had to leave and find alternative accommodation. The owner was not interested in our complaints, and ignored our e-mails. he did return the deposit but we lost the rental payment. I strongly recomment that you think twice before entering into an agreement with this condo owner. He sends out a rental agreement but does not keep his side of the bargain.
