We stayed in a nice 1 bedroom serviced apartment with 2 bathrooms,kitchen,great internet service, free local call, communal laundry and nice coffee shop with good cooked breakfast for NZ$9. Great location near most of Auckland attractions.Very very good value,friendly on site management- highly recommended |

| Normally stay at another waterfront location in Auckland, Found these apartments via a travel agent our our soccer group visit to Auckland First thing that strikes you on entering is the unique design of the recption & lobby areas.fabulous! Very central yet quiet apartment just right outside the apartment there was a good selection of reasonably priced restaurants nad about 300 m a 24 hours a day supermarket - . We Expected some noise because of our group stay in the hotel but slept with the sliding doors open & never heard a sound! Highly recommended, very modern & spacious 2 bedroom apartment that 4 of us shared for the soccer compettions. Great quailty in a great Auckland location | |

| we moved to Auckland for a new job with my husband company. We were looking for a temporary family accommodation for 2-4 months in the South Auckland/Botany Downs area .We found a 2 bedroom modern furnished apartment in Botany Downs Waldorf Furnished Apartments.The location was very central and only 500 m from Botany Downs City Center. The complex had good security for the family and nice facilities such as pool,gym,BBQ,children play ground & tennis court.The apartment was modern, well looked after, spacious with accommodation for a family of 5.It was fully equipped including linen, telephone & good internet service.We had extended stay weekly rates which was very good compared to hotel rates. We stayed at the end for 9 weeks and have great time. | |

Very good Auckland city location near Quuen Street,Aut,Auckland university only 800 m from the ecntral railway staion of Auckland. We had a clean,spacious,fully furnished and equipped 2 bedroom serviced apartment with good and reasonable price internet, free local call.
Breakfast (cooked) at the coffe shop cost us only NZ$10, the apartment had a good size kitchen and free Pay TV service. Secured building with good management and reception service.Good quality accommodation at budget rates!!! |

| he 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, very secured clean and fully equipped for a family stay. We have good view, free parking and free usage of the Gym,pool,Tennis Court & play ground which made our family holiday in the Waldorf Botany Downs quite a bargain. We loved the location, near the Town Center Shopping and within 2 minutes walking from the center of town with the various coffee shops and children play ground- we will come back. | |

| This fantastic apartment has everything you could want- great location, view, balcony, comfortable bed, huge couch, separate guest room/office, and ample kitchen. I loved curling up on the extremely comfortable couch with the provided warm blanket-almost felt like home. Coffee shop (2!) just a quick walk up the hill. Shopping and restaurants in very close proximity. Washer dryer available at adjoining building. Reasonably priced wired internet. With a reasonable price for an incredible room like this, (NZ $100) why would you stay in a hotel? | |

| We stayed in Newhaven Waldorf Furnished apartments in Botany Downs .t area. We had a 2 bedroom spacious apartment with good kitchen, laundry and veranda with nice views over landscape . very good and central location near Botany Town Center .. Modern apartment at very good bargain rate. Very nice caretaker and very clean , very secured and tidy furnished accommodation .
