| I'm not surprised Bob, this guy has a bad name on the Internet. Do a search in Google for DAVID SWANSON MGM and take a look at some people'c complaints about this fool. I can't get my deposit back from him but i've got his address and i'm going to look him up when i'm in vegas next month and get my deposit back!!!! | |

I checked into Tower 3, Unit 8604 managed by David Swanson on May 17th. The unit was absolutely filthy and the bed had recently been slept in. The bedspread had been simply thrown over the wrinkled sheets
There was dust everywhere, the trash cans still had trash in them and there was food residue dripping down the sides of both rusted cans. The interior window had grease and lip marks all over it and the carpet was soiled and stained. I was walking around in my white socks which after a few short minutes of walking on the tile, were black. The bath towels were not in the bathroom and had been piled up on a countertop in the living area and I had no idea whether they were clean or not. I wanted to add another pillow to the bed and found an extra one in the closet, put on a pillowcase and then noticed the pillowcase had blood stains on it. The bathroom was just as filthy as the rest of the unit and there was hair on the floor and the counter (and I do not mean hair from your head). I sent an email to David Swanson informing him of all these problems and asking if the unit had been cleaned recently. He called me 10 minutes later and without introducing himself, asked if this was a 'prank or joke'. He said he had just left the suite after spending 2 hours cleaning. I then asked if we were talking about the same unit as it was quite evident the suite had not been cleaned properly. At this point, David began a profanity laced tirade that lasted about 10 minutes. I wish I could have seen his face as he would talk for 30-45 seconds straight with every other word being a curse word. I thought it would only be a matter of time before his head would explode. Needless to say, I checked out of this filthy unit as I actually felt somewhat threatened by the fact that he had access to the unit while I was staying there. I departed by leaving a message stating 'WASH ME' in the dust on the countertop. I informed the desk at MGM Signature and although they were unable to help due to it being an individual owner, they did not seem overly surprised when I mentioned David Swanson's name. Please save your sanity and do not rent from David Swanson. |
